Too many times Ive relied on this only to be failed. Ive seen so many buses mere minutes away, that never appear. The times here dont even match what is on the CTA bus stop shelter. So annoying. So curious what this bogus data is based on because its certainly not bus GPS.

Most days this app is spot on but at least once a week it shows my bus to work as non existent so I walk only to see my bus pass me later. I have no idea when to trust this app and when not to and it makes my morning commute stressful on whether my bus is coming or not.

I used to love this app and used it every day, now it is the most useless app I have on my phone, which is why I will be deleting it. Not a single time in the past two months has it been accurate. I dont know what you guys did to it, but youve ruined it completely.

Accuracy time issues, delays slow to report, not reliable, A for effort, 2 stars for performance...

I dont know what wrong with this app as of now. Because normally I have no problems with it, but since I have tried to re-download it like usually every time I get a new phone with this phone it just isnt working. So, it seems to me that you guys need to work on it.

You can not touch anything on this app without it crashing. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Still nothing. Please fix it.

I can click on the app-- it will take a second to load, and then it vanishes. I think its crashing but Im no app developer so who knows. Any suggestions? 5 stars when its up and running, but 1 star because it cant "up and run" right now.

This app is well-thought out. From the Pick-up spot vs the ETA, to a real-time gps map to track the bus or train to saving your daily routes and organizing them in a separate folder within the app: this app is a useful tool for the commuter. However, my only problem is that it sometimes crashes when you try to load up. It comes and goes. It renders it unusable for days, or weeks even. Its a rarity but aside from that, its great

This version repeatedly crashes when running iOS 10.1. Open the app and a second later it crashes.

I love the app, has been super accurate for CTA arrivals and has updated new stops. For the past few days however, Ive been getting crashes constantly. Usually when attempting to search for a new route (instead of my usual saved ones) or when switching between saved routes for commutes with multiple rides. It just kicks me back to the home screen, sometimes up to three times before becoming stable.

Used to love and rely on this app, but it no longer works at all. Crashes instantly every time. :)

App showed the bus would pass at 11:22, but ended up passing at 11:16 and now Im left to wait on the next one that says Delayed.

Always gives inaccurate incoming times for the trains.. Find another app

Second time I downloaded this app, today. NOW I remember why I deletes it in the first place: this app said the bus was going to take 18 minutes to reach the bus station I was at. In reality, it showed up 5 mins later. I could have thought "18 mins, Im gonna to grab a coffee, or window shop to kill that time", and then miss this bus completely. Ultimately, I was super confuse when the bus arrived a whole 13 minutes earlier than expected. Just deletes this app. Good bye.

Please fix the inaccuracies in time of arrival!

Horrible app. Timing is consistently WRONG. Dont waste your time.

This app is the bomb; it helps me track when the bus is coming so I dont have to wait out in the cold YOLO.

This is a really great transit app for the CTA. Accurate times and a you can save frequently used stops for fast access. New 3D feature is not working for me and it sounds like it would make this app extra great!
