Only 50% accuracy
I love this app I just wish they would add Pace bus arrival times
Usually pretty reliable. Had issues with the app freezing so I deleted and redownloaded. Now I dont see the red line!! No red line shows up when I search train lines.
Literally never correct. Itll tell you the bus is 10 mins out, but really means 2 minutes or 20 minutes. Not worth the storage on your phone.
This version is broken. It wont install, and it cant be deleted. Please fix.
Its not horrible, it comes decently close to being accurate, but does come short. Id say its accurate 65% of the time. Its a good guide, but dont depend on it whatsoever.
Ive been using this app for 2 years and its completely reliable for daily use. Ive downloaded other apps and they dont seem to be as user friendly or accurate as this one. Some other reviews note that arrival times arent accurate, but I find them to be spot on for buses and trains. Reminder to users if an arrival is 10 mins away, refresh while waiting because there are travel delays (or speed ups) that happen so that new arrival will be reflected in live time. My only complaint is that sometimes on bad snow days, bus times werent accurate. Some buses never showed up and the app sometimes didnt reflect that. Not sure if thats CTAs fault or the app or both. Otherwise, this is my go to cta app.
Has thrown me off with incorrect readings time and time again lately. 146 bus, 36 bus, Sheridan red line. Bad.
I just updated and all Im getting is no network connection what happened. I use this app on a daily basis multiple times a day I hope you remedy this error I need this app.
The most useless bus tracker ap ever.
App keeps crashing. Please fix.
It doesnt ever gove me the right times and im always late for school. I hope this app gets deleted from apple store. Very stupid of you guys.
The app is really good, but the app hasnt updated the new Ashland bus stops. Its really annoying because I have to be switching from the Ventra app to Transit Stop. So please update!!!
Intuitive to use. Up to date info. Ability to save common routes. Its a very helpful tool for navigating Chicago.
This app is great to check when a bus or train will arrive. I only use it for getting ready, I dont count in it to be exact because the CTA is never on time. That would be the CTAs fault, not the app. There has recently been a strange pop-up that keeps telling me to turn on Bluetooth to use accessories or something right when I turn in the app. Uhhhh no thanks. Please make this go away. I dont know what it wants and I dont want it.
But -- it needs to be updated for the new Loop Link stops downtown. Just about every stop on Washington & Madison in the loop shows no arrival info.
The tracking with this app is TERRIBLE! Using txt for tracking is far more reliable. Not worth having this app in your phone.
Can you please make it stop asking/telling me to turn on Bluetooth capability? Dont you think asking once is enough? Does it have to do it every time I open the app? I cant see any reason why that would be a desirable feature. I am aware of Bluetooth and will make my decision to turn it on or not after being prompted just once.
Today I got prompted every thirty seconds or so to turn on Bluetooth. Why would I want to do that? What mysterious device am I even supposed to connect to? Why do you have to keep popping up over and over when I havent even refreshed the arrival time? This pop up seems to be getting worse and significantly impeding function of the app.
