Stop Bluetooth

This new update asking me to turn on Bluetooth and the forcing me to listen to commercials is completely unnecessary and incredibly annoying. I used to like this app. Now Im looking for another one to use.

What happened??

This used to be the best app to use in Chicago. Since Christmas it has been HORRIBLE. I depend on the bus to get to work and have had to spend way too much on uber and lyft because the bus times arent accurate and the buses come 5 or 6 minutes too early or they just disappear.

Please update!

I love the app but it still doesnt have the new Western express buses in the routes! PLEASE UPDATE!! It would be really helpful

Update?

This app has worked fine for the past year, but recently things have been very off. Times will be listed that are incorrect, buses get dropped from the list, or a bus shows up that wasnt listed. This makes it hard to plan and very frustrating when trying to get somewhere on time.

a good cta tracker with a few bugs

great app, but the loop link stations arent working properly. not sure if thats CTAs fault or this apps, but it would be great if the app were updated to map them!

Terrible!

The times are never updated correctly. It says one time and then all of a sudden another. I leave early one to wait because the times where incorrect.

Update?

Doesnt include the X49 or Ashland express routes. Also, isnt up to date with new or deleted stops.

Useful app - esp w/3d touch support

To those complaining about off times: Any CTA apps (like this one) pulls its times from the CTA servers. Also, both this app and CTA say that the times are estimates and only that. As for the app, its confusing to navigate at first but overall pretty good. The 3d touch support is nice for quickly finding times.

Works well for trains but not buses. Purple line missing.

For the most part the app is accurate for the trains, but, the Purple Line no longer shows up as a train line in the list. I can only access it because I have the stops saved. I havent used it much for buses but when Ive tried it didnt seem accurate. That might because the tracking from the CTA isnt accurate.

Bad for bus, okay for trains

Buses often disappear without ever showing up. Often times out. Trains are okay and fairly accurate unless there are delays.

ETAs are behind real time arrival

I want to use this app every day, except it is very frustrating that the scheduled ETA is anywhere between 1 and 5 minutes behind, meaning that I miss the bus all the time. Or I would, except I compensate for the difference. But whats the point in having a bus tracker app thats not accurate?

Limited use for Tourists

Doesnt include connecting info to trains to the far suburbs like Metra. Hard to correlate stops on the map in relation to business and attractions.

Really?

This app is do basic and so non- usable. Chicago is a major metro area and there isnt a decent app to view the entire metro system, stops in 1 view?

Memory Leak & Craahing

This latest version seems to have introduced a huge memory leak bug when run in iOS 8.4. The memory leak causes the app to crash within a few seconds. Please fix or revert back to previous stable version. Thank you in advance!

Stole my money

I paid for paid version, then they took it away and want me to pay again.

Used to be the best CTA app

I dont understand why you felt the need to combine different directions in to the same list. How does that make it easier to read? Ive never walked to any stop and said "Ill head in whichever direction comes first!" Please return to separate direction lists. The combined list forces you to to sift through unwanted trains/buses. I had tried several CTA apps awhile back and landed on this one. It used to be easy to use and well organized. Ill be using another until it returns to the original format.

Critical Bug

Love the app, but the "shake to uber" feature has introduced a critical bug that makes the app (and my entire phone) unusable. I was on the train recently with the app open, and perhaps the trains jostling activated the "open uber" pop-up. I hit cancel. It immediately popped again. Cancel. It popped up again. No matter how many times I cancel, it pops up. I cant close the app either. I locked my screen and opened the photo app, and the popup still shows. I had to restart my phone. It was extremely frustrating. Please correct this functionality so other people arent locked in the same scenario.

Dont need uber

There are a lot of transit apps out there. I dont need one that opens uber for me as I walk to the train.

Uber fail

Used to be a great app, but now its unusable because it keeps asking to open Uber before i can do anything. If I needed an uber I wouldnt be using a transit app!

Shake to uber feature makes the app unusable

Uber opens and will not close (I have to restart my phone) every time I open it, making the app completely useless.
